How do I place an order?
Add what you want to your cart and check out securely right on the site — no account required, though creating one lets you track orders and save your info for next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus any additional methods shown at checkout. Checkout is encrypted and processed securely.
How do you pick what's on Watucee?
Every item gets dug out and vetted before it earns a spot in the shop — we're chasing things that genuinely solve something, not just whatever's easy to source. New finds across beauty, tech, pets, and home drop regularly.
Shipping & Delivery
How long until my order ships?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on the item and your location. Some of our finds ship from international supplier partners, which can add a few extra days versus a typical domestic package — we'd rather be upfront about that than promise next-day delivery we can't back up.
I ordered more than one item — why did they arrive separately?
Because we curate from a wide supplier network rather than stocking everything in one warehouse, items in the same order sometimes ship from different locations and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this — it's just how a curated, multi-category shop like ours works behind the scenes.
Do you ship internationally?
Check availability at checkout by entering your address — if it's offered, it'll show up there along with the shipping cost. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund — no return shipping required on our end. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I return something just because I changed my mind?
Since we ship directly from our supplier network instead of a central warehouse, change-of-mind returns are handled case by case rather than with a blanket mail-it-back policy. Reach out and we'll see what we can do.
