Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking information.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on the item and your location. We work with a network of supplier partners rather than one central warehouse, and some of our finds ship from international partners — which can add a few extra days versus a typical domestic package. We'd rather tell you that upfront than promise a delivery window we can't keep.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Multiple items, multiple packages

If your order includes more than one item, they may ship from different supplier locations and arrive in separate packages on different days — that's normal for a curated, multi-category shop like ours, and you won't be charged extra for it.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out.

International orders

If shipping to your address is available, it'll show up at checkout along with the cost. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country on arrival — these are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window or tracking shows it as lost, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help sort it out.
