Welcome to Watucee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of watucee.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

Watucee is operated as a sole proprietorship based in the United States. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Watucee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products & pricing

We make a reasonable effort to display product details, images, and pricing accurately, but errors can happen — colors may render slightly differently on your screen, and a price or description may occasionally be wrong. If we catch a pricing error on an order before it ships, we'll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

Many items are sourced through a network of supplier partners rather than held in our own inventory, which means availability can change without notice.

4. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors). Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

The Site's content — including the Watucee name, logo, mascot, text, and design — belongs to Watucee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose it without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices — check their own terms and policies before relying on them.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watucee isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Watucee is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
