Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to ship anything back.

Change-of-mind returns

We curate and ship through a network of supplier partners rather than a single central warehouse, so we don't have a blanket "mail it back for any reason" return process. If you'd like to return something you simply changed your mind about, reach out and we'll see what's possible on a case-by-case basis — return shipping costs for these requests are generally the buyer's responsibility.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra business days for the refund to show up after we process it.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but the section above on damaged/defective/wrong items still applies if something's not right when it arrives.
